1. Dispatch timeline
Orders are normally dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation or COD order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
2. Nationwide delivery
Standard nationwide delivery generally takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times can vary based on the destination, courier capacity, weather, public holidays, and other events outside our control.
We send tracking details when the shipment is handed to the carrier. Please ensure that your phone number and delivery address are accurate and that someone is available to receive the parcel.
3. LPU campus delivery
Orders delivered within the LPU campus are eligible for free delivery. Campus delivery is available when the campus option is selected or the order is identified as an eligible campus address.
Please provide the correct hostel, block, room, and contact details so the delivery partner can reach you. Campus delivery timing may vary based on campus access and recipient availability.
4. Delivery issues
If your parcel is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us promptly at seujiaorganics@gmail.com with your order number.
Additional charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped because of an incomplete or incorrect address supplied at checkout.
